Why are there no fixed prices?
These services are proposal-led. The website workload, maintenance responsibilities and migration requirements are checked before a price and scope are agreed.
Is WordPress maintenance included in hosting?
Only where your agreement includes it. Hosting provides the server foundation; maintenance covers agreed application tasks.
Will my email have to move?
Not necessarily. An external email service can often stay in place. We review the existing DNS and mail setup before any cutover.
Can I keep my domain registrar?
Yes. You retain control of the registration. We identify any DNS changes needed for the hosting arrangement.
Is everything stored in Canada?
A Canadian web hosting location does not establish that for the entire service. Ask about backup, email and support dependencies if you have residency requirements.
Is there an uptime or response-time guarantee?
No universal SLA is offered on this website. Any specific commitment must appear in the accepted service agreement.
